Delivery Options

We have a number of delivery options, which includes free standard delivery on all UK orders when you spend over £30 on jewellery or accessories. We endeavour to get your fabulous new jewellery to you as quickly as possible.

Can you send my jewellery to a different address?

Yes, if you would like it sent to a different address, such as your place of work, please indicate on your order where you would like your jewellery delivered to.

Can I send my order to more than one delivery address?

Yes, but you will need to place each order separately.

Damaged Delivery

In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, please notify us at: enquiries@bijoubanglessilver.com so that we can resolve this matter quickly.  Our contact details are enclosed with your new purchase.

Military Bases

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to military bases or PO Box numbers.

Delivery Costs:

Standard Delivery:

• FREE STANDARD UK shipping for all jewellery/accessory orders totalling over £30 (excluding discounts and postage)

Or:

• £3.00 for all orders £30 and under in the UK.

Free UK shipping for orders of over £30 (excluding discounts and postage): Your jewellery is posted by 2nd class by Royal Mail. This will be delivered to your door between 3 – 5 working days and will need to be signed for. If you are not at home, the delivery driver will leave a card letting you know that he has called and will ask you to call the depot to arrange another delivery or arrange for you to pick it up. You can arrange an alternative address for delivery, such as your place of work or family or friends, if you may not be at home to sign for your package.

If your order is £30 or below, then your jewellery will be dispatched by second class, Royal Mail postage, at a cost of £3.00, and will need to be signed for upon delivery. As above, if you are not at home, the delivery driver will leave a card to let you know that he has called and will ask you to call the delivery depot to arrange another delivery.

1st Class Delivery: £3.99

If you want your jewellery even quicker, we can arrange for your package to be dispatched, and tracked, and it should be with you within 1 – 3 working days. Again, you will need to sign for your jewellery or arrange for it to be sent to, say, your work address or a trusted neighbour.

Next Day Delivery: £6.00

Next day delivery is available to UK mainland addresses. Next day orders that are placed on a Friday are delivered on a Monday and any Next Day orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on a Tuesday. Any next day orders placed on a Bank Holiday Monday will be delivered on the following Wednesday. A signature will be required upon delivery.

Deliveries to Overseas

We can arrange deliveries to most parts of the globe.

Our basic charges are as follows:

• Eire:                           £6.99
• Europe:                     £9.00
• International:           £11.00

All the above deliveries would be tracked and will need a signature on receipt.

If you have an unusually heavy parcel, the delivery charges may be increased and we will notify you in advance if this is the case.

Overseas orders are sent by air mail and should arrive as below:

• Eire:                         10 days
• Europe:                   10 days
• USA/Canada:          14 days
